1. Licence
File Encryption Vault is licensed to you through the Mac App Store (under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement) or the Microsoft Store (under the Microsoft Store terms), together with these terms.
2. Your keys, your responsibility
Only your password or recovery key can open a vault. We cannot recover a vault if both are lost. Keep the recovery key safe and keep backups of important vaults.
3. Pro
Pro is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple Account or Microsoft account. Refunds are handled by the store.
4. Warranty and liability
The App is provided "as is". We work hard to never lose data (see the format page), but to the extent the law allows, Richard Pham is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
